How do I sign up?
Tap Join NOW, pick a plan and add-ons, create your account, then pay securely by card.
Which plan is right for me?
BLU1 fits small crews (3 users), BLU2 growing teams (5 users), BLU3 gives every tool with 8 users plus $25 per extra user.
Can I add features later?
Yes. Add or remove add-ons and extra users anytime from your Subscription page.
Do technicians need to download an app?
No. ARCblu opens in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen. Clock-ins and job forms work offline.
Is my business data private?
Yes. Each business has its own private workspace. Other businesses can never see your customers, jobs or files.
Can customers pay online?
Yes. Invoices and signed proposals include a card pay link.
Do customers see my costs?
Never. Estimates and the customer portal show prices only.
How do I add my team?
Admins invite staff by email from Settings and choose their role: Technician, Dispatcher, Office or Admin.
