Who we are

ARCblu Field Ops ("ARCblu", "we") provides field service management software for trade businesses at arcblufieldops.com and in our mobile app.

Account details: name, email, phone number and password (stored encrypted — we can never see it).
Business data you enter: customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, schedules, employee and HR records, photos and documents.
Location: while a technician is clocked in, the app may record GPS location for scheduling, dispatch and time tracking. Location is not collected when clocked out.
Camera and photos: only when you choose to take or upload a photo (for example, a nameplate scan or job photo).
Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers.
Usage information: basic device, browser and error information to keep the app working.

To run the features you use — scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, payments, payroll and support.
To send account emails such as logins, password resets, invoices and onboarding checklists.
To answer Tech Assist questions using AI. Questions you send are processed to generate an answer.
We do not sell your personal information or your customers' information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Each business has its own private workspace. Only people that business invites can see its data, and what they see depends on their role.
We share data only with service providers needed to run ARCblu (hosting, email delivery, Stripe payments, AI processing, and accounting tools such as Xero if you connect them), or when required by law.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by contacting us; we will delete it within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by role, and each business's records are kept separate from every other business.
